How It Works
The Landa Remote solution consists of two roles:
On-site Manager/Engineer — Located on site, equipped with an AR headset and handheld computer. Transmits and receives live audio and video. Documents progress with photos and annotations. Follows the client’s instructions.
Remote Client — Located remotely, using a computer or mobile device. Views live video and audio from the Landa Remote manager. Instructs via voice, video and documents. Monitors progress and adjusts directives.

1. Before Executing the Service Agreement
- The Customer sends a request by email to Landa Remote.
- Landa Remote analyzes the request and sends additional information to the Customer.
- The Customer completes the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- The completed NDA is exchanged by email for approval.
- The Customer completes the Service Agreement.
- Mutual approval includes sending the Service Agreement back and forth by email and paying the advance.
- Landa Remote tests the connection as specified in the Service Agreement.
2. Execution of the Service Agreement
- Landa Remote prepares the execution of the Service Agreement.
- All participants complete the Confidentiality Agreement (NDA).
- Landa Remote discusses the Service Agreement with the participants.
- Landa Remote starts each meeting with the Landa Remote Risk Assessment.
- Landa Remote executes the Service Agreement.
- Landa Remote finalizes the Service Agreement Report with the recordings according to the Service Agreement.
- The Customer receives the invoice and makes the payment.
- Landa Remote sends the Service Agreement Report.
- Landa Remote discusses the Service Agreement Report with the Customer.
